A Coach, Writer, & Somatic Embodiment Teacher, currently living in New York City with my husband.
A born and raised Wisconsin gal, with a passion for relationships and creative living, I've built a thriving practice that's helped hundreds find their passions and purpose.
Since as long as I can remember, I've been insatiably curious about people who live passionate, fulfilling lives. I wanted to know, what makes people resilient, vibrant, and creative no matter what, no matter what age they are? Why are some sleep walking through life and some people are fully alive, even if they've had really tough lives?
I was also super into seemingly disconnected things: dance/movement, film, literature, psychology, health/nutrition, spirituality, relationship dynamics/sexuality, entrepreneurship, travel and sketch comedy. After a serious family trauma, a series of personal tragedies, failed corporate jobs, and a serious head injury, I realized that all of my passions were the perfect combination of strengths. I was a happy, grounded, genuine person in the midst of the most difficult times of my life. When I'd share my story, people couldn't believe that not only was I still standing, I was thriving, creative and joyful, even in the darkest nights of the soul.
I gave up the pursuit of the 9-5 life and put everything into certifications from teachers I deeply respected and built a vibrant, thriving coaching practice from the ground up.
I'm also a Film Journalist & Founder of Film Remedy, a women's cinema therapy society. I also study dance at Martha Graham School, always have a creative writing project going-often with my husband, and volunteer at my favorite no-kill animals shelter.
I believe that each person's life is the most amazing, thrilling and gripping tale and each of us has the ability to create the narrative of our lives.
